Senior Intacct Implementation Consultant

About the role

Sapphire Labs is seeking a Senior Intacct Implementation Consultant to join its Digital Transformation practice. This client‑facing position focuses on configuring, deploying, and optimizing Sage Intacct for organizations that want to streamline finance and accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Sage Intacct implementation projects for multiple clients.
• Gather and analyse accounting processes, business requirements, and operational workflows.
• Translate requirements into system configurations, including modules, workflows, contracts, reports and dashboards.
• Manage data conversion, migration and integrations with third‑party applications.
• Conduct training sessions, support testing, deployment and go‑live activities.
• Provide functional and technical support during and after implementation.
• Ensure adherence to Sage Intacct best practices and maximize platform value.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on Sage Intacct implementation or advanced administration experience.
• Strong accounting and finance background, preferably with U.S. accounting practices.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities.
• Advanced English proficiency for client engagement.
