ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

The ServiceNow Administrator joins RSM’s DASH / Technical Operations Team to manage the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the firm’s ServiceNow platform. The role ensures platform reliability, performance and security while supporting internal business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management.
• Configure and maintain forms, lists, UI policies, business rules, notifications and Flow Designer workflows.
• Manage users, groups, roles and access controls in line with security and governance standards.
• Troubleshoot platform and application issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support data imports, exports and basic integrations under established guidelines.
• Implement minor enhancements and low‑code solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Maintain platform documentation, operational procedures and knowledge articles.
• Provide support for other tools managed by the Technical Operations Team, such as Secret Server and BeyondTrust.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• ServiceNow CSA certification required within six months of hire.
• Preferred: 1‑3 years of ServiceNow experience and ITIL certification.
