About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer‑facing team in the Apopa and Soyapango areas. The position provides on‑the‑job training, so no prior experience is required. You will work in a fast‑paced environment serving customers, handling food, and operating the cash register.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and portion food items such as vegetables, proteins, and baked goods.
- Operate the cash register, process payments, perform cash counts and close the register at shift end.
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, restrooms, and kitchen utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct product counts.
Required profile
- Residency in the Apopa or Soyapango zones.
- Age between 18 and 38 years.
- Completed high school (certificate or transcript).
- Proactive attitude with strong service orientation.
Required skills
- Food preparation and handling.
- Cash register operation and basic accounting.
