About the role
Chill On is looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join its team in San Salvador. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them through WhatsApp, social media, phone and other channels, ensuring every interaction ends with a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social networks, telephone and other communication channels.
- Track orders, follow up on deliveries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find quick and effective solutions for customers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of client information and order status.
- Guarantee that each customer leaves with a good impression of Chill On.
Required profile
- Enjoys interacting with people and helping them.
- Strong communication, patience and active listening skills.
- Can explain information clearly and kindly.
- Organized, responsible and able to manage pending tasks.
- Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new ones.
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and empathy.
