Software Engineering Analyst II

About the role

The Software Engineering Analyst II will lead the standardisation of coding practices and automation within a DevOps/DevSecOps framework for Banco Agrícola. The role focuses on defining, documenting and promoting reusable, high‑quality software standards across development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and document coding standards, patterns and reference models for assigned technologies.
• Generate reports and metrics using traceability and analytics tools to monitor standard adoption.
• Collaborate with architecture and cybersecurity teams to propose technology evolution aligned with corporate strategy.
• Develop reusable code components that embed industry best practices for speed, security and efficiency.
• Facilitate onboarding, training and technical assessments to ensure teams adopt the standardised practices.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering or Computer Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and drive impact.
• Strong knowledge of current technology trends and innovative solutions.
