About the role

Talk Americas is looking for a dynamic Call Center Sales Supervisor to lead a commercial team, drive results and develop talent. The role focuses on managing digital leads, analyzing performance metrics and turning opportunities into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support the commercial team in a call‑center environment.
• Track digital leads and conversion opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Analyze key performance indicators, generate improvement strategies and monitor productivity, quality and results.
• Provide continuous coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes.
• Prepare and present reports that aid decision‑making.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience leading sales teams in a call‑center (preferred).
• Academic background in Administration, Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Proven experience handling KPIs, analyzing results and achieving targets.
