About the role

The company is seeking a Supervisor of Climate Projects to oversee the installation and commissioning of air‑conditioning equipment. You will ensure that each site meets schedule, quality, cost and safety standards while coordinating technical teams on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise field execution of installations, maintenance and assembly tasks.
• Coordinate technical personnel (installers and helpers) and verify work against drawings, specifications and client requirements.
• Control the proper use of materials, tools and equipment; maintain daily progress logs and photographic reports.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling and detection of deviations such as delays or technical errors.
• Enforce industrial safety regulations and validate correct equipment installation and operation.
• Maintain constant communication with administrative and logistics areas and support final project hand‑over.
• Safeguard assigned tools and equipment and provide truthful, timely reporting of progress and issues.

Required profile

• Technical degree or university student in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in air‑conditioning installations or field supervision.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment (mini‑split, VRF, packaged units) and basic plan reading.
• Proficiency with tools and technical equipment, familiarity with industrial safety standards, and basic inventory control.
• Availability for interior and exterior field work and a light‑vehicle driving license.

What we offer

• Salary of $1,000 or higher, commensurate with experience.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, Saturday 8 am‑12 pm.
• Company vehicle provided for field activities.
