Supervisor de Proyectos HVAC

About the role

The HVAC Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of air‑conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects. The role ensures that all work complies with design drawings, quality standards, schedules, budgets, safety regulations and proper documentation for client billing and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of HVAC projects, guaranteeing adherence to plans, quality, timeline, cost and safety requirements.
• Control project documentation to support invoicing and final delivery to the client.
• Coordinate and manage site personnel, subcontractors and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Graduated Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising or executing HVAC projects.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Proven ability to manage teams, contractors and client relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of VRF systems, packaged units, air‑handling units, fan coils, chillers, ductwork and mechanical ventilation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.
• Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD; MS Project or other scheduling tools are desirable.
