Supervisor de Proyectos HVAC

About the role

The HVAC Project Supervisor ensures that air‑conditioning and mechanical ventilation projects are executed flawlessly, meeting design specifications, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and safety requirements while preparing accurate documentation for client hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of HVAC installations, verifying compliance with plans and specifications.
• Control project quality, schedule, costs, and safety on site.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and manage project documentation required for billing and final delivery.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• At least 3 years of experience supervising or executing HVAC projects.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
• Ability to manage personnel, contractors and client relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of VRF systems, package units, air‑handling units, fan coils, chillers, ductwork and mechanical ventilation.
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications and quantity take‑offs.
• Advanced use of Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with MS Project or similar scheduling tools is a plus.
