About the role

The Industrial Projects Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the operational work of assigned projects. The role ensures that work is carried out safely, follows technical specifications, and meets the established schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily activities of project teams to guarantee adherence to the work program.
  • Supervise operational execution, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to keep timelines on track.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status and any issues.

Required profile

  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supervising and executing maintenance work and projects.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, fostering good interpersonal relationships and teamwork.
  • Residence in San Miguel or surrounding areas.
