About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and coordinate the daily operations of retail kiosks and stores, ensuring sales targets are met, product displays are optimal, and inventory is efficiently managed. The role also involves developing projects that drive continuous improvement and growth of the points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse the weekly sales report (WOS) and present results against targets.
• Conduct regular visits to stores to verify product placement and compliance with visual standards.
• Prepare and update inventory reports, including aging and weekly sales data.
• Supervise sales staff and promoters, enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Manage staff permits, transfers, and monitor entry/exit controls.
• Organise training sessions to support staff development.
• Design and implement new projects that enhance kiosk and store performance.
• Collaborate with Category Managers and the Business Intelligence team on sales, inventory, and pricing reviews.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• At least two years of recent experience in a similar supervisory sales role.
• Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced use of Power BI for data analysis.
