Supervisor de Ventas (San Martin)

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the Salty and Gamesa portfolio within the traditional channel, ensuring optimal resource use, a safe work environment, and strict adherence to PepsiCo's DYNAMO management model.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the DYNAMO agenda and develop the team through the PEPWay program.
• Manage Salesforce tools for client and territory data.
• Communicate and monitor the core business pillars: distribution, customer service, and transformation.
• Identify market opportunities and capitalize on marketing promotions at the point of sale.
• Supervise commercial execution, asset installation, and delivery.
• Maintain the client database, optimize routes, and balance territories.
• Ensure safe‑handling indicators, inventory creation, and return management.
• Implement commercial programs (e.g., RV, VP) and enforce commercial strategies and incentives.
• Coordinate market transformation agendas and guarantee compliance with policies, procedures, legal and ABEC requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in commercial sales of fast‑moving consumer goods with high distribution.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing point‑of‑sale relationships.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• University degree (or secondary education with relevant experience).
• Willingness to travel and work collaboratively in a team.
