About the role

TEYCO, a leading textile and apparel manufacturer in El Salvador, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead commercial activities in the Western Zone. The role focuses on growing the customer portfolio, maintaining existing relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the commercial portfolio for the Western Zone.
• Visit current and potential clients within the territory.
• Prospect new customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
• Present TEYCO’s product portfolio and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up proposals, and negotiate terms within company policies.
• Increase purchase frequency and volume for assigned accounts.
• Identify new markets and business prospects in the region.
• Provide post‑sale support and maintain close client contact.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report activity results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in field sales, external sales, corporate or wholesale sales.
• Strong commercial orientation and ability to work independently in the field.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills for long‑term client engagement.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales goals.
