About the role
The company is looking for a Supervisor/Dispatcher to lead its sales centre operations, from receiving orders to final dispatch. The role ensures absolute inventory accuracy and high‑quality distribution while driving operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Maximize operational efficiency from order receipt to dispatch.
- Guarantee 100 % inventory accuracy.
- Oversee distribution processes to meet service excellence standards.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Lead a team with a human‑focused approach.
Required profile
- Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or shipment coordination.
- Strong numerical ability and negotiation skills.
- Result‑oriented mindset with excellent internal and external customer service.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI for data analysis.
- Experience with inventory management software (ERP/WMS).
