Supervisor/a de Ventas – Lidera equipos en Call Center

About the role

Talk Americas is looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead and develop its call‑center sales team. The role focuses on driving results through effective team management, data‑driven decision making, and close collaboration with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and follow up on digital leads and conversion opportunities.
• Analyze performance indicators, propose improvements, and implement action plans.
• Track productivity, quality, and results, providing continuous feedback.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional areas to streamline processes.
• Prepare and present reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience leading sales teams in a call‑center environment (preferred).
• Studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.
• Proficiency in KPI management, results analysis, and goal attainment.

Required skills

• Excel (intermediate to advanced)
