Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support the delivery of centralized, scalable talent operations across the employee lifecycle. Working within established procedures, you will execute recruitment transactions, maintain data integrity, and ensure compliance while providing high‑quality service to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Workday Recruiting processes, including job requisitions, stakeholder support, system integrations, quality audits, reporting, hiring, and candidate updates.
• Manage virtual and in‑person interview scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with pre‑hire activities such as background check management and onboarding tasks.
• Process talent lifecycle activities, data updates, records, and operational requests with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries via designated service channels, resolve routine issues, and escalate complex matters.
• Support compliance, audit, reporting, data validation, and record‑keeping activities.
• Maintain and improve process documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, checklists, and templates.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement and contribute to testing and implementation of new tools or workflows.

Required profile

• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on confidentiality and accountability.
• Sound judgment in handling routine issues and escalating exceptions when needed.
• Willingness to build expertise in talent operations processes, systems, and stakeholder needs.
