Technical Project Manager, Integrations

About the role

Jones is looking for a Technical Project Manager to own the delivery of integration solutions for its risk‑and‑compliance SaaS platform. You will act as the bridge between customers, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, ensuring integrations are implemented smoothly and deliver maximum value.

Key responsibilities

• Become the subject‑matter expert for Jones’ integration platform and associated workflows.
• Lead onboarding, training and adoption of integrations for new and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot post‑implementation issues involving product configuration, customer workflows and third‑party systems.
• Identify root causes, gather information and work with Product and Engineering to resolve technical problems.
• Translate technical findings into clear, actionable guidance for customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate integration‑related projects, product enhancements and customer‑specific initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials and internal knowledge resources.
• Spot recurring challenges and recommend improvements to the product and processes.

Required profile

• Strong technical foundation, obtained through a Computer Science degree, coding bootcamp, technical training or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Proven project‑management ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Curious, analytical mindset with the capacity to quickly learn complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
