About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance and Repair Technician to ensure uninterrupted operation of commercial and residential buildings in San Miguel. The role focuses on maintaining elevators, escalators and other vertical transport systems while upholding the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to fault reports and diagnose failures in complex electromechanical systems.
• Install new equipment and perform regular adjustments to prevent catastrophic breakdowns.
• Conduct safety tests and verify that elevators, escalators and moving ramps comply with local regulations.
• Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance logs using MS Office.

Required profile

• Completed technical studies in Electricity, Mechanics, Electronics or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience with vertical transport systems such as elevators, electric stairs or moving ramps.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to owners or building administrators.
• Capable of handling high‑pressure situations and negotiating delivery times for spare parts.

Required skills

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
• Interpretation of control diagrams.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of elevators and escalators.
