Transaction Review Associate – Fraud & Compliance

About the role

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Transaction Review Associate to support its global money‑transfer operations. The role involves evaluating inbound and outbound transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and helping protect customers from fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to transaction inquiries.
• Validate the purpose and legitimacy of transactions that appear unusual or high‑risk.
• Process transactions that meet Ria policies, state and federal regulations.
• Escalate trends of possible consumer fraud or suspicious activity to the appropriate teams.
• Perform back‑office duties and other tasks as assigned.
• Assess risk and approve transactions flagged with red‑flags.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• High school diploma; a college degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
• Ability to detect and report suspicious transactions with integrity.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
