Virtual Bilingual Legal Assistant (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a virtual bilingual Legal Assistant to support our Workers’ Compensation team. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in both English and Spanish to assist Spanish‑speaking clients throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, paralegals, and clients during all stages of workers’ compensation claims.
• Manage case files, schedule appointments, and perform data entry with high accuracy.
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in claims.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment, handling multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Comfortable working remotely with standard office tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management software.
• Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Email and videoconferencing tools.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm Boston time.
• Annual salary of $9,600 with a review after six months.
• Two weeks paid time off per year.
