About the role

We are seeking three Virtual Helpdesk Agents to provide multilingual support for Vela Mobile customers. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in El Salvador while contributing to a social‑impact telecommunications project.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Provide accurate guidance based on client needs and company policies.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Log all interactions in the Salesforce CRM/Helpdesk system.
Generate weekly reports and share updates with the client.

Required profile

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or helpdesk support.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

Salesforce (experience preferred).
VoIP softphone usage.
Dedicated desktop computer.
High‑speed internet connection.
Dedicated phone line and headset.
