3D Graphic Designer & Product Rendering Specialist

About the role

A growing team is looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Graphic Designer and Product Rendering Specialist to turn conceptual ideas and product designs into photorealistic 3D renders and visual assets. The role suits someone with a sharp eye for detail, lighting, texturing and composition, and advanced English to work with international teams. A portfolio or sample project(s) will be requested during screening.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings of products for marketing, e-commerce and presentations.
• Build, texture and light complex 3D models and environments.
• Use Photoshop to retouch, color-correct and composite rendered images.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to turn design briefs into visual narratives.
• Maintain a library of 3D assets, textures and completed projects.
• Ensure all outputs match brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, 3D Animation or a related field.
• Experience with video editing or 3D animation.
• Strong portfolio showing 3D product rendering, texturing, lighting and composition.
• Ability to handle several projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced English (upper-intermediate to proficient, C1/C2 preferred).
• Advanced 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Blender, 3ds Max, KeyShot, Maya or Cinema 4D.
• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator and After Effects is desirable.
• Organization, prioritization and teamwork skills.
