About the role

eNor Securities is seeking a qualified Legal & Compliance professional to join its team in El Salvador. The role focuses on digital‑asset operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing AML/CFT processes, and supporting the development of new crypto‑related products.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the company.
• Track legislative and regulatory changes affecting digital assets and financial services.
• Draft, review, and update internal compliance policies, manuals and procedures.
• Support AML/CFT, KYC, KYB, KYE, due‑diligence and risk‑assessment processes.
• Provide legal opinions and regulatory analysis for existing and upcoming products.
• Negotiate and review contracts with clients, partners, suppliers and service providers.
• Assist in responding to regulator inquiries, inspections and supervisory processes.
• Support internal and external audits and follow‑up on regulatory action plans.
• Participate in onboarding and due‑diligence of institutional partners and counterparties.
• Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory and reputational risks in coordination with Compliance, Operations, Finance and Technology teams.

Required profile

• Law degree with professional license valid in the jurisdiction of practice.
• Professional certification in Compliance.
• Proven experience in compliance, preferably within digital‑asset, crypto, blockchain or fintech environments.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, KYB, sanctions and due‑diligence procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to draft contracts, internal policies and regulatory documents.
• Excellent legal writing and regulatory analysis skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous and able to thrive in a fast‑growing, dynamic setting.
