Admissions Counselor – Graduate Programs

About the role

The Admissions Counselor for Graduate Programs will manage the graduate admissions pipeline in El Salvador, supporting both individual candidates and corporate cohorts across Diplomados, CML, MBA, and the Language Institute.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and counsel individual candidates through the full admissions funnel, from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring first contact within the service‑level agreement and logging all interactions in the CRM.
• Manage corporate accounts in El Salvador, develop closed cohorts for MBA, Diplomado and Executive CML programs, and support the Director of Admissions in negotiating cohort agreements.
• Build and maintain the pipeline for Executive MBA and VIP/Executive Diplomado programs, screening senior candidates as required.
• Guide candidates through financial analysis with the Bursar’s Office and interest‑free payment plans, and refer suitable prospects to the Language Institute.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum five years of experience in higher‑education admissions, education sales, or a comparable consultative sales role.
• Proven track record selling graduate, executive, or professional programs to corporate clients.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems; Zoho CRM strongly preferred.
