Agent Onboarding Representative

About the role

The Agent Onboarding Representative acts as a bridge between the corporate office and field sales representatives, ensuring prospective agent applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze new applications transferred from PQ & ATA groups, ensuring accuracy.
• Process, upload, and update agent information, including contact details and bank accounts.
• Coordinate equipment shipping and bank account requests with finance and web support teams.
• Notify sales teams of activations and provide professional support for their queries.
• Monitor QA & Agent Setup queues to guarantee timely support and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Generate weekly reports on application status and returns.

Required profile

• High school graduate; some college preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing schedules, including extended hours or weekends.
• Effective communicator with a cooperative, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills
