Analista de Gestión documentaria de exportación

About the role

The Export Documentation Analyst will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of export paperwork and operations, ensuring compliance with customs and foreign‑trade regulations while coordinating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and execute the loading program, including container allocation, port scheduling, and physical delivery of document sets.
• Process export material requests, monitor quotas, balances and resolutions.
• Coordinate with external parties to facilitate export activities.
• Ensure the quality and validity of certificates of origin and other quality certificates.
• Perform post‑sale document follow‑up, including closing export folders.
• Update, meet and monitor key performance indicators for the export process.
• Handle institutional documentation with various regulatory entities.

Required profile

• Technical degree or university student in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations, export documentation and foreign‑trade procedures.
• Knowledge of port operations and foreign‑trade regulations.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
