Analista de operaciones – ejecución de contratos gubernamentales

About the role

The Operations Analyst will oversee the full lifecycle of government contracts, from execution through closure, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of medical devices and related supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze bid offers and public procurement processes.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to schedule deliveries and fulfill contract or purchase order terms.
• Maintain continuous communication with contract administrators.
• Forecast import quantities for awarded products and set purchase units for each public tender.
• Draft and prepare all documentation required during contract execution.
• Provide and manage guarantees for each public procurement process.
• Monitor and verify minutes and invoices for each delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Legal Sciences.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multiple contracts between the private sector and government.
• Experience in purchasing medical devices, hospital supplies, and medical equipment.
• Proficiency handling technical, sanitary, and quality documentation.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
