Analista de Procesos Junior

About the role

Simplexo Technologies is looking for a Junior Process Analyst to support the implementation and certification of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. The role will involve coordinating internal activities, documenting processes, and promoting continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal tasks related to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 implementation.
• Track the work plan together with external consultants.
• Organise meetings, assign responsibilities, set dates and deliverables for various departments.
• Assist in gathering, documenting and updating processes, policies and procedures.
• Monitor action plans, findings, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain organized documentation and evidence required for certifications.
• Support definition and monitoring of process indicators.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and improve internal processes.
• Help prepare for internal and external audits.
• Promote a culture of order, documentation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Graduate or final‑year student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Quality or related fields.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interest in processes, quality, continuous improvement or information security.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑up abilities, attention to detail and clear documentation skills.
• Ability to work and coordinate with multiple areas.
• Initiative, willingness to learn and intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence or other document‑management platforms.
