Analista Jurídico y de Cumplimiento Junior

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Legal and Compliance Analyst to support our growing digital‑assets and financial‑services ecosystem in El Salvador. The position is ideal for a recent law graduate who wants to move beyond traditional legal work and gain hands‑on experience in corporate law, regulation, AML/CFT, data protection and digital‑asset compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documentation related to digital‑asset issuances.
• Monitor and fulfill regulatory obligations with various authorities.
• Review contracts with suppliers and partners.
• Provide legal support for anti‑money‑laundering (AML/CFT) and personal data protection matters.
• Update internal policies in response to regulatory changes.
• Conduct legal reviews of documentation prior to certification processes.
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations and compliance teams to obtain a holistic view of the business.
• Report directly to senior management and progressively take on greater responsibilities.

Required profile

• Law degree (Licenciatura en Ciencias Jurídicas) and a valid attorney license to practice in El Salvador.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in legal, corporate, financial, regulatory or compliance functions.
• Strong interest in corporate law, fintech, compliance and digital‑asset regulation.
• Ability to analyze, write and communicate legal arguments clearly.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
• Self‑motivated researcher who can learn quickly and work autonomously.
• Intermediate to advanced English is a plus.
