Analista Senior de Finanzas y Estructuración

About the role

The company, a regulated provider of digital asset services in El Salvador, seeks a Senior Finance and Structuring Analyst to serve as the technical‑financial authority for each issuance. You will develop, validate, and document financial models, valuations, and structuring solutions for debt, securitizations, leasing, LBOs, and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and validate financial models and valuations for each issuance.
• Structure debt, securitizations, leasing, LBOs, or digital‑asset transactions.
• Collaborate with external financial structurers and public‑offering certifiers to ensure the technical soundness of information documents.
• Over time, design proprietary product architectures and manage funding‑placement matching (ALM).
• Coordinate internally with the Operations/Emissions Financial Analyst on documentation checklists.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate finance, financial structuring, investments, banking, fintech or related operations.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with debt structuring, securitizations, leasing, LBOs, or digital‑asset instruments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English (reading and writing).
• Analytical mindset, rigorous organization, attention to detail, effective communication and ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Google Workspace.
• ClickUp.
• AI tools such as Gemini and Claude for modeling, analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Trello, Asana or Notion (desirable).
