About the role

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive professional to support the management and tracking of permits, procedures, feasibility studies, and required documentation for construction projects. The role involves coordinating with various departments and specialists to ensure smooth progress of regulatory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications to municipalities and relevant authorities.
• Collect, review, and organize technical information and documentation needed for project approvals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of all ongoing procedures and follow up on pending tasks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to gather necessary data.
• Support the team in scheduling and monitoring project timelines related to permits.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in architecture, construction, planning, or project management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Motivation to learn and grow in the field of construction permit management.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• Photoshop
• Microsoft Office suite
• Basic knowledge of MS Project (desired)
