About the role

The Logistics‑Commercial Advisor will implement commercial strategies defined by the Regional Sales Manager and ensure alignment with company policies. The role focuses on expanding the assigned client portfolio, opening new routes, and driving business development projects to increase revenue and pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commercial strategies and policies set by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Grow the assigned client portfolio and generate new business opportunities.
• Increase invoicing and develop a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential customers.
• Manage active client accounts, retain and develop them to meet sales targets.
• Support collection of overdue accounts to maintain at least 90% of the portfolio in good standing.
• Prospect and qualify new clients for inclusion in the active portfolio.
• Ensure optimal customer service through proper handover to Operations.
• Visit clients to close new accounts or routes and explore additional business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, commercial sales or related fields.
• Formal education in logistics, administration, commerce or a related area.
• Intermediate level of English (reading and basic speaking).
• Strong communication, negotiation and direct client interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of logistics operations and 5PL concepts.
• Effective sales process management.
• Sales pipeline and funnel maintenance.
• Experience with CRM systems.
