About the role
We are looking for a proactive Commercial Assistant to join our El Salvador office. The role focuses on opening doors with companies, securing meetings with decision‑makers, and supporting the consulting team’s business development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and identify target companies.
- Locate decision‑makers and key contacts.
- Schedule commercial meetings for the consulting team.
- Maintain and update commercial activity in our CRM system.
- Support the planning of the commercial agenda.
- Assist in supplier evaluation campaigns and generate new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with professionals and executives.
- Confident speaking style.
- Perseverant and positive attitude.
- Organized and disciplined.
- Goal‑oriented and results‑driven.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
