About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant with a strong attention to detail and a client‑focused mindset to join our team. The role involves ensuring accurate recording, control and analysis of financial operations for an assigned portfolio of clients, while maintaining timely communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, providing organized and tailored service.
• Record daily transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and control accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare basic financial statements and reports.
• Respond directly to client inquiries regarding account statements and resolve issues.
• Support audit and consultancy projects as required by the firm.

Required profile

• Technical degree in Accounting, or final‑year university student / graduate in Public Accounting.
• 1–3 years of proven accounting experience; experience in an accounting outsourcing firm or corporate accounting department is a plus.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full accounting cycle.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, logical formulas, data merging).
• Basic English communication skills.
