Asistente Contable Financiero

About the role

The Financial Accounting Assistant will support the accounting and finance processes, ensuring accurate and timely records within SAP. This position is based in Santa Tecla, El Salvador and offers a stable, permanent role within a regionally present company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise accounting entries and financial records in SAP.
• Perform bank reconciliations and clean up account balances.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
• Assist in month‑end and period‑end closing procedures.
• Support other accounting tasks as required by the finance team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recent experience performing accounting operations in SAP.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, account cleaning, and AR/AP follow‑up.
• Advanced university studies in public accounting or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Santa Tecla, La Libertad.
