About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our team at Clínica San Lucas on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave. The role involves handling day‑to‑day HR tasks and ensuring smooth operations within the clinic.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment and selection process for new staff.
- Address and resolve employee requests and concerns.
- Coordinate shift schedules according to operational needs.
- Develop and promote initiatives that enhance workplace well‑being.
- Plan special dates and manage vacation scheduling.
- Prepare payroll, verify sick leaves and disabilities, and issue salary certificates, recommendation letters, and employment certificates.
- Organize daily staff meetings and monitor individual permissions.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Psychology.
- Proven experience in personnel recruitment and HR functions.
- Knowledge of payroll processes.
- Proactive attitude with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Strong communication abilities.
