Associate Lawyer – Research & Client Support

About the role

As an Associate at Sfera Global you will support client engagements through research, data analysis and the preparation of concise reports and presentations. Working on‑site in San Salvador, you will collaborate closely with senior team members to develop insights, structure recommendations and help deliver high‑quality work.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured research and analyze data for client projects.
• Prepare clear reports and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop insights and recommendations.
• Organise project documentation and track deliverables.
• Participate in internal and client meetings, ensuring timely communication.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and refine internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, International Relations or a related field.
• Initiative, professional integrity and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Prior internship or work experience in consulting, finance or related areas is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets.
• Experience using presentation software.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms.
