B2B Base Management Chief

About the role

Tigo is looking for a B2B Base Management Chief to lead the retention, renewal and upselling strategy for its business customers. You will own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing experience, and work closely with analytics and collection teams to protect the health of the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute retention, renewal and upselling strategies for B2B accounts.
• Lead onboarding processes and manage the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle.
• Analyze business metrics to anticipate churn and maximize revenue.
• Coordinate customer experience initiatives and collection activities.
• Run tele‑sales campaigns focused on contract renewals and base protection.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to segment customers and build statistical models for churn prevention and collection efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial, base management or similar roles.
• Proven experience in customer segmentation and database analysis.
• Track record of leading growth, upselling or renewal initiatives.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication abilities.
