B2B Business Performance Chief

About the role

Tigo is looking for a B2B Business Performance Chief in La Libertad, El Salvador. The role plans, monitors and explains the commercial and financial performance of the business segments assigned to it, turning data into strategic business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Build the budget and forecast for the assigned segments, ensuring a complete view of financial and commercial performance.
• Manage and analyse the P&L of the segments, explaining variations through commercial, financial and operational indicators.
• Lead understanding of the customer base, identifying behaviour patterns, growth opportunities, churn risks and consumption trends.
• Design strategic analyses that define initiatives on growth, penetration, profitability and customer protection.
• Identify risks and opportunities from key KPI monitoring and propose action plans to maximise revenue, profitability and market share.
• Monitor business KPIs continuously, alerting early to significant deviations and giving executives visibility.
• Take part in designing and evaluating commercial proposals, assessing their financial impact, profitability, payback and sustainability.
• Build analytical models and financial scenarios to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Engineering or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in financial planning, data analysis or commercial performance management.
• Strategic thinking, business orientation and passion for data.
