B2B Project Manager

About the role

Platzi is looking for a B2B Project Manager to lead the design and execution of high‑impact educational projects with external partners such as corporations, foundations and government entities. You will align each initiative with Platzi’s strategic goals, create customized learning programs, and ensure successful delivery while preserving the company’s methodology and educational essence.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables and objectives, aligning expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build detailed work plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through implementation, ensuring projects meet goals on time and within budget.
• Monitor key performance indicators, produce progress and outcome reports.
• Maintain clear communication with client organizations and ensure high satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to optimise impact and adapt execution strategies.
• Capture partner feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Platzi’s values and methodology while securing long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with NGOs, corporations or government bodies.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects with measurable impact.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum or equivalent).
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable managing cross‑functional teams and adapting to evolving scopes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, able to handle bilingual communications and documentation.
• Passionate about education, innovation and social impact.
