Bilingual Advisor & Data Processor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Advisor & Data Processor to join our on‑site team in Antiguo Cuscatlán. You will provide professional English‑Spanish customer service to patients while handling medical administrative tasks for U.S. healthcare practices.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 60–70 inbound calls per day in both English and Spanish.
• Deliver courteous, patient‑focused bilingual support.
• Perform accurate data entry and documentation of medical records.
• Assist with medical scheduling and appointment coordination.
• Maintain clear communication with U.S.-based clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and healthcare standards.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum 85%).
• Previous experience in an English‑speaking call center.
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered mindset.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or current university enrollment (preferred).
