Bilingual Bookkeeper (On-site, Colonia Escalón)

About the role

We’re looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting across multiple entities. The role is based on‑site in Colonia Escalón and requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Record and classify transactions, including journal entries, adjustments, and accruals.
• Complete bank and credit‑card reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, handling invoices, vendor payments, and payment applications.
• Support month‑end close and prepare basic financial reports such as Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Maintain accurate documentation and help improve accounting workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or a similar accounting system.
• Solid understanding of double‑entry accounting, manual journal entries, and financial statements.
• Intermediate Excel skills: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, and pivot tables.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, both written and spoken; student or graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
