Bilingual Home Security Specialist (French/English)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Home Security Specialist to deliver high‑quality support to customers in both French and English. The role involves assisting with system setup, troubleshooting, monitoring, and product inquiries while ensuring safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide French‑English customer support for home security services, including system installation, configuration, and account management.
• Assist customers with alarm system settings, mobile app connectivity, and monitoring services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to security cameras, alarms, smart locks, and other devices.
• Educate users on system functionalities, best practices, and emergency procedures.
• Handle inquiries about service plans, billing, upgrades, and equipment installations.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade plans by recommending enhanced features, additional equipment, or premium monitoring.
• Collaborate with technical teams and monitoring centers for rapid issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and solutions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or home security preferred.
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
