About the role
Carenet Launch is looking for compassionate bilingual professionals to join its team as Healthcare Advocates. You will work on‑site in San Salvador, providing empathetic support to Spanish‑speaking patients and helping them navigate medical appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound patient calls to schedule medical appointments.
- Update patient charts and create follow‑up tasks as needed.
- Provide clear, professional, and empathetic assistance for appointment‑related inquiries.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare or insurance; call‑center or BPO experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or university graduate.
