Business Development & Markets Manager – Product Exports

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development & Markets Manager to lead product export initiatives for a leading production company. The role combines strategic market expansion, client acquisition, and commercial capability building, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients, markets, and distribution channels locally and internationally.
• Create and manage a strategic pipeline of high‑value commercial opportunities.
• Design segmentation strategies across clients, products, markets, and channels.
• Develop value propositions, pricing, margin, and profitability models.
• Evaluate opportunities considering price, volume, logistics, capacity, working capital, risk and return.
• Conduct market, competitor, and technology analysis to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Represent the company at client visits, trade shows, and industry events worldwide.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics to align commercial plans with operational capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B business development and international market expansion.
• Background in exports or international business, preferably in food, ingredients, industrial production or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated ability to develop pricing, margin and profitability strategies.
• Strong market‑intelligence and segmentation skills.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts and building senior‑level relationships.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
