Business Development Representative – Appointment Setter

About the role

Club Feast is a fast‑growing startup that connects customers with local and minority‑owned restaurants. We are looking for an energetic Business Development Representative to drive outbound cold calling, generate leads, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively cold‑call business prospects across various industries to introduce Club Feast.
• Secure qualified appointments and product demos for Account Executives.
• Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a pipeline of potential partners.
• Tailor outreach messaging based on client needs and industry specifics.
• Log all activities and leads accurately in HubSpot.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment‑setting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity targets and book meetings.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, motivated, and reliable while working remotely on US business hours.
• Experience with a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot.
• Preferred background in food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
