Business Development Representative (B2B) – Junior Sales

About the role

Publimetro El Salvador is looking for a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive B2B sales. The ideal candidate is a hunter‑type commercial professional who enjoys prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and hunting: generate your own pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, field visits and networking.
• Qualification and diagnosis: identify communication and advertising needs of B2B/B2C companies and propose tailored 360° solutions.
• Rigorous CRM management: record, update and track every sales stage (leads, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures).
• High‑impact presentations: conduct executive meetings to showcase the Publimetro ecosystem.
• Closing sales: prepare quotes, handle objections and close deals while meeting or exceeding quota.
• Handover and retention: coordinate with the implementation team and identify upselling opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, B2B sales executive or business development professional.
• Proven experience with CRM and digital prospecting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipefy or similar).
• Knowledge of prospecting techniques, consultative selling, objection handling and commercial metrics (CTR, conversion, pipeline value).
• Hunter mindset: comfortable with cold contact, high resilience, persuasive and self‑managed.
• Preferred: experience selling advertising, media or corporate services.
