Business Solution Analyst II

McCormick, a global leader in herbs, spices, seasonings and condiments, is seeking a Business Solution Analyst II to join its team in Antiguo Cuscatlán, El Salvador. The role is hybrid eligible and focuses on designing, developing, and supporting analytics, reporting, automation, and digital solutions that enable data‑driven decision making for Sales, Marketing, Customer Planning, and Commercial Excellence teams. The analyst will work with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance, using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure‑based technologies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining enterprise analytics and reporting solutions, creating semantic and data models, integrating data from multiple sources, translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring governance and security standards, supporting testing, deployment, and continuous improvement, and collaborating within Agile teams. Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience developing analytics or automation solutions, strong Power BI expertise, data integration experience, ability to translate business needs, knowledge of Agile and Azure DevOps, and advanced English proficiency. Preferred skills include Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Azure, Snowflake, SQL, PySpark, and experience supporting commercial teams.
