Cloud Support Engineer

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to act as the technical liaison for its partners. You will help remove technical blockers, recommend integration and migration strategies, and guide pilots or proofs of concept on Google Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to partners during migration and deployment phases.
• Recommend enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for cloud solutions.
• Own the technical relationship with partners, ensuring successful pilots and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Collaborate with sales and client teams to translate technical proposals into commercial agreements.
• Deliver technical presentations and support pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in technical support or engineering within a cloud computing environment.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Relevant higher education (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Cloud Digital Leader certification (required).
• Familiarity with Big Data, PaaS and IaaS concepts.
• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect and Associate Cloud Engineer certifications (desirable).
• Experience with databases and data management.
• Experience designing and developing scalable, distributed systems.
