About the role

The company is looking for a dedicated cook to prepare and maintain menu items for customers. The role involves following defined preparation procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure product availability and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and activate kitchen equipment before use, reporting any anomalies to guarantee safety and equipment longevity.
• Receive, store, and manage raw materials (e.g., chicken, potatoes, bread, salads) while monitoring expiration dates.
• Execute breading and frying processes according to established parameters to deliver consistent, high‑quality products.
• Monitor cold and hot equipment temperatures regularly, identifying irregularities such as leaks or damaged packaging.
• Perform scheduled cleaning tasks, including oil changes, utensil washing, grease trap cleaning, and overall kitchen organization.
• Control product rotation and manage fryer operation based on demand to prevent waste and support operational efficiency.
• Assist with order fulfillment during peak periods, ensuring accurate packaging and timely delivery.
• Support onboarding of new kitchen staff and provide guidance to enable independent operation.
• Participate in emergency or special tasks such as opening the outlet, COVID‑19 protocols, customer service, and delivery logistics.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed preparation procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to equipment condition and willingness to report issues promptly.
• Experience handling food inventory, including storage and expiration control.
• Capability to work efficiently during high‑demand periods and support team members.
